Thoroughly moisten growth medium and spread your kohlrabi microgreens seeds evenly across the surface. Give a quick spray and cover for 1 to 3 days. In this time, the seeds will germinate; once the sprouts have taken hold on the growth medium, remove cover and expose to sunlight or place beneath a grow light. Continue to water microgreens as need. Begin sampling your microgreens to mark changes in flavor. Once the greens' flavor and appearence is to your liking, harvest and enjoy!
