6-12 days. Organic Fenugreek seeds are popularly used in spice mixes and teas. Ground Fenugreek seeds is one of the primary ingredients in curry powder. Fenugreek seeds also make a very unique microgreen that has a powerful flavor. Their leaves are thicker than most cotyledons and their stems tend to curl slightly at the base. A few microgreens can go a long way in a dish.

Notes & Growing Tips:
Soak fenugreek microgreen seeds and water heavily when planting. Cover with a thin, fluffy layer of soil--if planting hydroponically, cover with a paper towel. This helps the microgreen seedling remove the shell from itself. Bottom water so that the top layer of soil is drier, making it easier for the microgreens to poke through and grow.

***Note: Although we have indicated the specific medium that this particular seed prefers, you can still experiment with either soil or hydroponic mediums. Results may vary.
